[TUTORIAL] Noris Plates

Muitos players perguntam no Game Chat/Help pra que servem as plates, aonde que vende e talz, algumas acabam não achando pois não sabem aonde que é pewter e talz, então resolvi fazer um Mini tutorial para ajudar essas pessoas.

-As plates elas servem para vender no Npc Noris Plates e também com ajuda de alguns outros itens da para evoluir alguns pokes do update como : Magmar, Electabuzz, Gligar, Murkrow, Misdrevus etc, no Npc de Cerulean (Dr. Evo).

As Plates são itens que dropam de pokes do seu tipo,

Ex:
10:00 Loot of a Skarmory: Steel Plate (Skarmory tipo Steel e Fly, então dele dropam Heart e Steel Plates).
